“The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures, but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships”

We live in fast world. So fast that sometimes it feels that the Earth is getting to a point of no return, feeling that is increased by the myriad of catastrophes and problems that are thrown at us by the mass and the social media.

But, is this our direct experience of reality in our daily lives?, and most important, what can we do as individuals to bring about a positive change? I believe we can impact our surroundings just by changing the way we live, look and relate to the world and, most importantly to ourselves, and this change doesn't have to be a radical, unnatural shift, but an organic and gradual transformation.

Yoga has the tools we need to make this transformation take place. Though a practice that is simple, effective and adapted to each individual and where he is at. A practice that calms and centers the mind and strengthens the body, building a solid ground where we can grow and learn from each and every moment of our life.
